Bust: 130cm
Waist: 124cm
Hips: 143.5cm
Upper Arm: 45.5cm
Thigh: 79cm
Weekly Total: 1.6kg gone, and 5.5cm less,
So that is a total of 3kg gone, and all round 10 cm less.

Hi, still a good result last week. The graph is really good and puts things into perspective. Hopefully you can get back to normal very soon and get zumbaing again. On my smaller portion regime, I threw out the rest of the ice-cream this morning as I was the only one eating it so down the gurgler it went – back to the yoghurt again.
