Differences…

March7

I thought I would have a look at what I have lost, centimetre-wise since I started the Quest of Slimness. So, without further ado…

Bust: 15cm
Waist: 17cm
Hips: 17cm
Upper Arm: 3cm
Thigh: 9cm

Giving a grand total of 61cm. Percentage wise, I have lost 12% of my starting roundness. Which is good, but I need to work harder. I went to Balance last night – there was a NINE MINUTE ab track, and I can hardly move today. I am going for a swim before work though, to loosen things up.

    Hiya, I’m in Auckland :)

My blog is http://mumonamission.blogtown.co.nz/ where I endeavour to stay on track with all my missions, including the big weight loss one. Incidently we have the same page background :)

Great work on the measurements lost and it’s always a great feeling when clothes get looser isn’t it! Shame about your Zumba instructor though.

Mum on a Mission – Love it!! I will take some time to read – looks like we can be encouraging to each other though (I too have discovered the same thing about the frozen bananas! hehe) – which is great – one thing I have found works is making myself accountable to others – no one likes to be a failure! As for the McDonalds Scandal – well, we all have days where we fall off the wagon :-)

Hello, that is disastrous about Zumba, how can that happen as she was soooo good. Finding a new one might be better than buying the video as with all home gym thingies, you start off with great gusto and then it fizzles out for whatever reason so $5 might be a better option or doing a one hour dedicated gym session which is free for you and is a different work out. My rowing must be paying off as I had to lift an 83kg woman off the floor at work yesterday. She was a dead weight as she has bad legs and could not help herself what so ever. Good encouragement to keep up my rowing. Like you say, you have to work harder so keep pedalling as time is marching on at a great pace.
Good maths skills to work out your weight loss as a percentage.
    Love mum
