Hello Chaps.

You will all be pleased to know that I can hardly walk right now, after doing an hour session of Balance and an hour of Zumba.

Intense!

I have never sweated like I sweated today!

The results better show up this week, I tell you!

    Hello peg legs,

    Sounds like fun. Like you say, you had better see some good results this week, but whatever the result it sounds like you have had real fun doing all these things – and in the grand scheme of things, its got to be good for your overall health and well being. Awaiting the boobie photos please!!! Hope your legs are working tomorrow to try and skipping rope out.
