Week 18
And so it begins.
I went to Balance last night – new release class, so lots of different music and all different moves.
My abs HURT!!! I have also realised since I haven’t done Balance in a while how inflexible I am again. Looking forward to getting back into the swing of things though. Gym today….
As for eating, I made some soup (saw the recipe in a health magazine) – a packet of soup mix, whatever extra veges, and a can of tomatoes. Quite tasty and quite filling. I have enough for about a week of lunch.
You have been super cool. Say something motivational for us slackers. I have been choosing healthy options…apart from those two chocolate bars and that massive piece of choc orange mudcake that work shouted yesterday…
