Helloooooo.
Nothing too exciting to report – I did Balance on Monday night and an hour at the gym yesterday. Today I will be doing aqua after work. Nothing much else to say today.
Well, it is 7.45am on Monday morning and I have been for a 2.5km walk. Good news, I have cut 7% off my walking time ( last week it took me 30 minutes, this week only 28).
Tonight I am going to Balance.
That is all.
Okay, so Thursday was not so flash – it was a REALLY stressful day at work, so there may or may not have been some stress eating.
I did not go to AquaZumba as I was so tired (it’s hard being stressed) and needed a little more sleep.
Food Diary:
Breakfast – Cereal and milk
Snack – no time for morning snack!
Lunch – 1 chicken and cranberry panini, a salad and a chocolate milkshake
Snack – 1 corn thin
Dinner – 2 chicken drums, roasty kumara, carrot, parsnip, some zucchini, and peas and corn
Pudding – 1/2c natural unsweetened yogurt (which is actually quite yummy).
Friday – I am doing a first aid course today so not at work. Am currently eating cereal and milk. Snacks packed are oranges and apples. Less stressful day, here I come!
Whoops! Forgot last night.
Breakfast: slices Molemburg with hummus
Snack: 2 corn thins
Lunch: Sandwich with egg, cucumber and more hummus
Snacks: Apple, 3 corn thins (I was hungry!)
Dinner: a lamb chop with kumara, carrot and parsnip mash, and peas and corn
Pudding: Natural unsweetend yogurt with 4 sliced strawberries.
Yum!
Okay. So. I have decided that after working late on a Tuesday and then not going to sleep until after 11.30pm that getting up early on a Wednesday morning to go for a walk is, at this stage, not practical. I am just too tired and need the extra half hour sleep to be able to function at work properly.
Good news though, I am feeling it after the workout I did yesterday!!
Breakfast – 2 slices Molemburg Low calorie toast with tomato hummus and 2 small scrambled eggs
Snack (post gym) – 2 Corn Thins
Snack – a small bit of ginge house
Dinner-Lunch (at about 5pm) – same salad as yesterday
That is all. Not very good. I’m going to have a fruity smoothie before dinner to help the fruit intake!
The gym was good today, an hour workout and I got all sweaty. It was a little easier today, which was nice.
Good evening.
Goodness me what a healthy day it has been today!
Food Diary:
Breakfast – the Hubbard’s Real cereal
Snack – 2 corn thins
Lunch – Salad, consisting of lettuce, tomato, cucumber, an egg, chickpeas, capsicum and a bit of hummus
Snack – an apple
Pre-gym snack – a banana
Dinner – chicken sausages, kumara and parsnip mash, peas and corn
Pudding (yes, I know) – a square of Macadamia nut chocolate.
After work I went to balance and worked my abs more. It’s a funny sensation with them there… like there is actually something happening down in there!
Tomorrow I am icing together the gingerbread house (will take a photo and post it here), and then going to the gym before work. Thank goodness for a 1pm start!
Good morning my pretties.
I have been for a 2.5km walk. Time – exactly 30 mins.
Last night we had spag bol for dinner (with extra veges) – I had wholemeal spag and it was surprisingly good!
Right now I am having some new Hubbards “Real” cereal – real flakes of wholegrains and stuff. Quite nice, I have it with two sliced strawberries and milk.
Balance tonight after work, and then I need to work out a way to make speedy dinner as I have a gingerbread house to construct!
Hi Chaps!
Weight: 123.1kg
Measurements:
Bust: 122cm
Waist: 113cm
Hips: 134cm
Upper Arm: 48cm
Thigh: 71cm
That’s a 400g loss, taking the total to 6.4kg. And 8cm gone. I can flex my abs and make myself “quite skinny” now. Haha!
I’m on track for 10kg by Christmas – with the shock of changing the routine I am thinking there will be greater results next week.
I’m also going potato free (which I am not pleased about), limiting bread intake (and only using Molemburg low calorie sort), and no pasta (unless it is wholemeal). I’ll be trialling this for two weeks and seeing how it goes. I will do a food diary every day so you can see the… err… progress.
Anyway, I am pleased with this week as it’s been quite tough.
About, you say….
